Instructions

Cook the beans in a small pot for about 45 minutes. In a pot with oil, sauté chopped onions with diced carrots. Add diced smoked meat and sauté for 10 minutes.

Add pressed garlic, red paprika powder, salt, black ground pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes and add beef broth, cooked beans along with the water they were cooked in.

Cook for about 30 minutes and finally thicken slightly with smooth flour mixed in cold water.

Butter Dumplings

Knead a thin dough from smooth flour, salt, egg, and water. Drop dumplings into a pot of boiling water using a dumpling maker. Cook until they float to the surface. Drain them and add small slices of butter, then mix.

Add butter dumplings to the finished soup.
