I sautéed sliced meat in butter, seasoned it, salted it, and rubbed it with mustard. I set the meat aside and added sliced spring onions with garlic and sautéed them.
Later, I added grated carrots, black pepper, salt, fresh parsley, soy sauce, and poured in chicken broth. I let it come to a boil, added the meat back, and let it simmer until tender over low heat.
Serve with rice. It's a great choice for a superb lunch. PS: Leave me a comment .. I'll be happy :) Enjoy your meal
Tip
Tip: If you are cooking for children or for those who do not like strong sauces: help yourself by letting the meat rest in the oven with the heat turned off for a while after roasting – the juices will soak back into the slices and it will be less liquid. And prepare the rice in two variations: plain for the children + with a splash of soy sauce for the adults. That way, everyone will be satisfied.
