Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean the mushrooms and slice or dice them. Rinse the parsley and chop it finely.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté the onion until golden. Add mushrooms, chopped parsley, and bouillon. Add water and simmer until the mushrooms are soft.

Mix flour in cooking cream and pour it into the sautéed mushrooms. Briefly cook everything and season with spices and soy sauce.

Serve the delicate mushroom sauce with dumplings, rice, potatoes, or pasta.
