Children eagerly help with making the soup, and it's great that even our little Miška is helping too :) I'm happy

Instructions
1
Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water. When soft, remove the florets and add cubed potatoes to the broth. Meanwhile, cut the cauliflower florets into smaller pieces.
2
While the potatoes are cooking, melt butter in a pan and sauté finely chopped onion. Add grated carrot and sauté together. Pour a small amount of water, cover, and simmer.
3
When the potatoes are soft, add the cauliflower and carrot from the pan. Season the soup with soy sauce and a small amount of vegeta, add a bit of ground nutmeg, black pepper, and simmer for a while.
Tip
Tip: Kids like it even when I add peas :) they might make a little noise but they are satisfied. My husband also likes it pretty much all the time, and he's usually a grumbler.
