The Best Wild Boar Goulash. We've Never Had a Better One
Ingredients
Instructions
Wild boar goulash for a 10-liter cauldron
Fry chopped onions in oil or lard until golden. Add diced wild boar meat... I had about 3 kg. Stir a few times to sear. In between, add game seasoning, salt, black ground pepper, pressed garlic, of course, sweet paprika... mix and add tomato puree.
I prepared a broth for 5 liters of water with MASOX extra meat broth because I didn't have wild boar bones and I also added juniper berries (about 5), whole allspice (about 8 berries), salt. I added some broth to the meat in the cauldron and simmered for about 20 minutes. Later, I added the rest.
Add dried cranberries - first scald and blend them.
Chop the mushrooms into small pieces and I even cut them in half :) Everyone cuts them as they like. Fry them in a little oil, add a piece of butter for smoothness (about 60g). Finally, add them to the goulash.
Note that if you taste it now, you will eat hairs :D It's already great now
Cook until the meat is tender and season with chili paste, or garlic.
Good taste and if you like it.. leave me a comment and share your experience :) Give us an idea of how you improved it and how you liked it. Looking forward to it
Tip
Tip: For connoisseurs, I add chili. But my wife doesn't like wild boar meat, so I make it with pork. The kids don't mind, and if you skip the mushrooms... it doesn't matter anyway. This goulash is really something special and deserves attention.
