Cook the lentils in a pot with water. Clean and chop the vegetables. When the lentils start to boil, add the vegetables and finely chopped garlic. Season with salt, black pepper, and vegeta, and cook until half soft.

Prepare a roux. Melt the butter, add the flour, sauté, add about 2 dl of water and bring to a boil. Pour the roux into the soup, mix well, and simmer. Season with parsley and serve.
