Finally, we ate all the meat after the holidays.... Oh, it was good..... but enough..... And so now light and healthy.... How about pasta?? And how about spaghetti? :)

Spaghetti, oyster mushroom sauce, and carrot salad... Chop shallot and oyster mushroom and slowly sauté in oil. Lightly salt, add a pinch of pepper. Add a little, but really just a little bit of water and simmer until the water evaporates.

Then add sweet cream, chili, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Cook spaghetti according to the instructions, drain. Keep a little water from the spaghetti aside.

Mix spaghetti into the sauce and if needed, add water from the spaghetti, depending on how much sauce you want. Season as needed with soy sauce and parsley. Sprinkle with cheese.

Carrot Salad
Peel and slice the carrot into rounds or ribbons, blanch for 2 minutes. Then place the carrot in a bowl, add salt, lemon juice, and yogurt, mix well.
