From the still hot cooked tongue, it is necessary to immediately peel off the tough membrane that covers almost the entire muscle, except for the part that lies on the upper soft floor. Slice the slightly cooled tongue into thin slices.
Porridge
Sort through the peas, rinse with cold water, then cover with about a liter of water and bring to a gentle boil. The peas will start to foam, so remove this foam.
