Finely chop the onion and sauté it in oil in a larger pan with garlic. When the onion is golden brown, add the turkey cut into smaller cubes. Once the meat is sealed, add spices and corn with vegetables. Cover the pan with a lid and, stirring gently, after about 5-10 minutes, add cream or, if unavailable, whole milk, so that the meat is covered to the edge and stir.

Add paprika, pepper, and salt to taste - I think chili would also be good here.

Cover and cook for about 20 minutes (until the meat is tender).

In the meantime, cook rice or pasta to taste (according to the package instructions). I made it with rice, but I will definitely try it with pasta.
