Cut the pork meat into cubes, as well as the onion, bacon, pepper, and tomato.
In a pan, fry the bacon until golden brown, cut into pieces. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Add the crushed garlic and caraway seeds. Sauté everything together for about 1 minute.
Next, add the chopped pepper and tomato and sauté for about 7 minutes. Then add the meat, salt, pepper, and a little water. Cover and let it cook in the pan until the meat is tender.
If the meat is already tender, add the green beans. If we have fresh green beans from the garden, add them earlier so they have time to soften.
Mix the sour cream with a little water and flour, stir well, and add it to the meat. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes and we have a delicious meal ready. Roasted potatoes, rice, or fries are great as a side dish. Enjoy your meal.
