Mince the pork meat with onion, add an egg, salt, and black pepper. If necessary, add a bit of breadcrumbs and mix everything well.

On a work surface, lay out aluminum foil and shape the meat mixture into a patty on it. Place ham, sliced cheese, bacon slices (you can also add boiled eggs), and finely grated pickles on the meat.

Roll the meat into a roll and transfer it without the foil to a greased baking tray or casserole dish. Brush it with oil, sprinkle with herbes de Provence, cover, and bake for about 1 hour at 200°C. During baking, baste with a small amount of water. About 10 minutes before it is done, uncover it.

Prepare the sauce. Mix white yogurt with finely chopped onion. Add mustard, vegeta, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well and serve with the baked meat.
