For the chicken sauté, prepare: Cut the chicken breasts and onion into small cubes.

In a pot, heat the oil and add the onion. Sauté it until translucent and add the diced chicken breasts, stirring until the meat softens.

Next, season the meat, add salt, and let it simmer for about 20 minutes on low heat, adding a little water if necessary, and don't forget to stir the meat occasionally.

In another pot, prepare the broccoli. Divide the broccoli into smaller pieces, rinse them, and let them steam for 10 minutes (until softened), remembering to add salt. If the meat is done, add the cooked broccoli, crushed garlic, blue cheese, and pour in milk or cooking cream, or a combination of both.

Let everything come to a boil, and the sauce is ready. You can serve it with rice, fries, or whatever you like best. Enjoy your meal.
