Cooking for my two boys, it's just wonderful. They don't turn up their noses at anything, they eagerly anticipate each of my creations like a child, and from the first to the last bite, they shower me with praise. And how I have to scold the younger one not to lick the plate when the older one does it too, just to show off how much they enjoyed it. :D

Instructions

1

Trim the meat of fat, season with salt and sprinkle with wild boar seasoning.

2

Stuff with bacon, carrot sticks, and parsley, roll tightly and tie with kitchen twine.

3

Coat in flour, brown in hot oil, and place in a roasting pan. Add onions, celery, and pumpkin, sauté until golden brown, pour in a little water and let it simmer.

4

Pour the mixture over the meat, add tied spices, pour in broth, cover tightly with foil and a lid, and bake for about 2 hours at 170°C.

5

Remove the meat and pour the vegetable mixture into a pot. Blend with an immersion blender, add sour cream, season with lemon juice, soy sauce, and spices. The sauce is thick, so thin with broth as needed.
