100 g Goat Cheese
2-3 cloves Garlic
1 pack Sour Cream

Instructions

I sliced the beef false tenderloin into slices, seasoned, marinated, and seared on both sides until browned, then pressed and baked according to taste.

I sliced the potatoes and pre-cooked them with salt, then baked them in the oven. For the sauce, I used bambino cheese and goat cheese, which I grated. I fried finely chopped garlic in oil, added bambino and whipping cream, added grated goat cheese, then just served and as a side I added valerian.
