Yesterday, I baked a full oven of chicken meat because I planned to cook our favorite risotto. Well, of course, it's not the risotto in the true sense of the word and according to the true Italian recipe. It's just our classic Czech HODGEPODGE, but that's how we like it...

Instructions

1

Cook the frozen vegetables in salted water until half-cooked, then drain. Sauté the onion in oil, add the meat and brown. Then add ground paprika, sauté, pour in water, add soy sauce, bouillon, and ground turmeric, cover and let simmer gently.

2

Season with soy sauce and spices, pour over the cooked rice in a bowl, mix well, and cover. Sauté the livers in a pan, add to the rice, add the cooked vegetables, and mix.

Note

The remaining roast from baked chicken can also be used. Then there is no need to use chicken bouillon from a box. ????
