A complete classic
), fry finely chopped onion in lard, also finely chopped garlic, and when it is golden brown, add meat sliced into thin strips, mushrooms, sauté everything, pour in broth and simmer.

Pork sauté from shoulder is great :) We serve rice as a side dish, either according to the instructions or custom. Enjoy your meal.
Tip
Tip: If I want the sauce to have an even smoother taste, I add a little cream or a spoonful of butter at the end. And when I cook for children, I sometimes mix in a few pieces of steamed carrots with the peas – the dish immediately looks more cheerful and colorful.
