I have a feeling that even if I cooked this sauce in a cauldron, the guys would easily handle it.

Instructions

1

Approximately 1kg of chicken hearts (clean, optionally devein), 50g of bacon without skin (diced), water, dark soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, ground black pepper, all-purpose flour.

2

In a pressure cooker, melt the diced bacon, add chicken hearts (I cut them into pieces later), pour water over and simmer for about 45 minutes. Then let it simmer in the pot, remove a portion of the broth separately, meaning that in the removed cooled part of the broth, mix in some all-purpose flour, pour back to the meat, stir, and let it boil.

3

Add soy sauce, a bit of Worcestershire sauce, salt, and ground black pepper, and simmer lightly.

4

Serve with (our favorite) jasmine rice
