Instructions
Cut the chicken breasts, gently beat, season lightly with soy sauce and black pepper (be careful, the sauce, cheese, and ham are salty). Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on the meat. Fold the meat into a 'pocket' and seal with a toothpick. Put diced potatoes in salted water to cook. While they are cooking, coat the meat in a three-layer breading of flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Use a large amount of oil for frying. Once the oil is hot, reduce the temperature and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Place the fried cutlets on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes. Check to prevent burning. Cooking time varies depending on the thickness of the meat. Add a quarter of butter and sour cream to the cooked potatoes and mash.
Serve with vegetables or compote. Enjoy!
