Kuba has an amazing memory for nonsense. When he saw today's lunch, his eyes lit up and he said: Mommy, I've seen this somewhere before...then his concentration was palpable...and then...a look of discovery spread across his face, as if he had just discovered America and its neighboring islands. We've had this before, haven't we? and with a triumphant yesss!!! and the typical gesture of twisted fingers, as kids do today, he dove in...

Instructions

1

Cut the meat, flatten it, season with salt, pepper, and spices on both sides, place slices of ham and bacon, roll up and let sit for at least an hour, preferably two, on a polystyrene tray in the freezer (easier to slice later).

2

Then always skewer the roll with a skewer and cut off the excess meat, repeat the process until you get a skewer of the desired length (simply do not forget that the finished skewer must fit in the pan :-)). Fry on both sides until golden brown. After removing the meat, you can dust the finished roast with a little flour.

3

Make mashed potatoes as everyone likes :)
