Chicken Breasts in Mustard Sauce with Bacon

Wash the chicken breasts, slice them and lightly salt. In a bowl, mix olive oil with mustard, chopped onion, spices, chopped parsley, and rosemary. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared mixture, coat them on both sides, and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.

Once the meat has marinated, lay out bacon slices and place the chicken breasts on them. If the meat is larger, use two bacon slices side by side. Carefully roll them up and either pan-fry in oil - making sure the bacon doesn't burn but the meat is cooked inside, or place on an oiled baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes at 190°C. Add a small amount of water as needed.
