Juicy Chicken Breasts with Mozzarella and Rice

Slice the chicken breasts into thicker slices (about 1.5-2 cm) to keep them juicy.
In a bowl, mix oil, soy sauce, black pepper, paprika, garlic, oregano, and lemon juice.
Mix the meat with the marinade and let it sit for at least 10 minutes (the longer, the better).
Heat butter in a pan and sear the meat on both sides until browned.
Pour in 100 ml of broth, cover, and let it simmer gently for 8-10 minutes.
Place a slice of mozzarella on each piece of meat and cover the pan for 1 minute - the mozzarella will soften beautifully and melt.
Serve with cooked rice and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Ak chceš naozaj šťavnaté mäso, nepresmaž ho. Kuracie prsia majú radi teplotu a paru – preto je ideálne krátke prudké opečenie a následné dusenie vo vlastnej šťave. A ak chceš trošku „gurmánsky“ feeling, pridaj pred mozzarella vrstvou tenký plátok paradajky – urobí to úplne inú vôňu.
