Melt butter with oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Add diced chicken meat, season with salt, pepper, and cook until browned.

Add rice and briefly sauté it to coat it in fat.

Gradually add broth, just a little at a time, until absorbed.

After about 20 minutes, when the rice is tender, add peas and cheese. Stir until the cheese melts nicely and creates a creamy consistency.

Linda's tip

If you want the risotto even creamier, add a tablespoon of butter at the end and let it melt. It will create a beautiful glossy surface, and the risotto will look like it's from a restaurant.

Tip

Toto rizoto sa výborne hodí aj na obed do práce – stačí ho vložiť do krabičky a ohriať. Chutí rovnako dobre ako čerstvé.
