Cut the chicken meat into strips, season with salt, pepper, and let it rest for a while.
Heat oil with butter in a pan, add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until golden brown.
Add the meat and cook until browned.
Sprinkle with sweet paprika, stir and add chopped red pepper. Sauté briefly.
Pour in the cream, add a little water and simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens slightly.
Season with herbs at the end and adjust the seasoning with salt if needed. Side dish: rice, pasta, or homemade dumplings.
Linda's tip
If you want the sauce even creamier, add a piece of cheese or a spoonful of sour cream. Sometimes I also add a few drops of lemon juice - it beautifully enhances the flavor of the pepper.

Toto soté je výborné s ryžou, ale aj s domácou knedľou – záleží len na tom, čo máš práve chuť. Skvele sa hodí aj ako rýchly obed pre celú rodinu.
