This is one of those special dishes that I cook at home when I want the kitchen to smell like grandma's. Beef in horseradish is beautifully tender, the sauce has a delicious taste, and with parsley potatoes, it creates a perfect pair. It's a recipe that combines tradition and simplicity - exactly the kind of food I love the most.

Linda's tip

If you want the sauce to be creamier, add a spoon of cream at the end. And if you like a slightly spicy tone, you can also add a bit of Dijon mustard with honey - it will beautifully enhance the meat's flavor.

Tip

Toto jedlo sa výborne hodí aj na nedeľný obed. A ak zostane, druhý deň chutí ešte lepšie – omáčka sa krásne rozleží. K vínku odporúčam pohár suchého červeného.
