This recipe was created completely spontaneously. Once I had an open beer in the fridge and a few slices of pork tenderloin, so I decided to combine them. And the marinade was born, which I have been making ever since when friends come over - I just smile when they ask what I 'rubbed' it with. Because the answer is simple - with beer and patience. :D

Instructions
1
Marinade
In a bowl, mix beer, honey, mustard, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and spices. Cut the meat into 2-3 cm medallions and dip them into the marinade.
2
Marinating
Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours - ideally overnight. The longer, the more intense flavor and tender meat.
3
Baking / Grilling
Bake at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes (or grill until golden brown). Occasionally brush with the remaining marinade during baking.
4
Serving
Best served with fresh bread, mustard, pickled vegetables, or potato salad. Perfect with beer or wine. ????
Tip
Tip: If you want to make a version for kids, simply replace the beer with apple juice – the marinade will remain sweet and the meat will be beautifully tender.
