Homemade Baked Chicken Wings with Honey Mustard Glaze
Ingredients
Instructions
Marinade
In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, oil, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the wings and mix to coat them completely.
Marinating
Ideally, let them sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours - they taste even better overnight.
Baking
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 190°C for about 40-45 minutes, occasionally basting with drippings. For the last 10 minutes, increase the temperature to 210°C to make them beautifully crispy.
Serving
Serve with fries, bread, or fresh salad. Perfectly moist - so ideal for an evening gathering with friends.
Tip
Tip: If you are preparing a version for children, omit the cayenne pepper and replace the Dijon mustard with regular full-fat mustard. You can also add a teaspoon of ketchup – kids love it, and the glaze will have a slightly sweet taste.
