Preparing an evening for friends or a small party can sometimes be stressful - everyone likes something different. And that's when I go for the sure thing - oven-baked wings that fill the whole kitchen with aroma. The combination of honey, mustard, and baked meat creates a crispy glaze that disappears from the tray before I can even set the plates. And when I add a cold beer and homemade dip to that, the fun is guaranteed.

Ingredients

Instructions

1
Marinade

In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, oil, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the wings and mix to coat them completely.

2
Marinating

Ideally, let them sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours - they taste even better overnight.

3
Baking

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 190°C for about 40-45 minutes, occasionally basting with drippings. For the last 10 minutes, increase the temperature to 210°C to make them beautifully crispy.

4
Serving

Serve with fries, bread, or fresh salad. Perfectly moist - so ideal for an evening gathering with friends.

Tip

Ak pripravuješ verziu pre deti, vynechaj kajenské korenie a nahraď dijonskú horčicu klasickou plnotučnou. Môžeš pridať aj lyžičku kečupu – deti to milujú a glazúra získa jemne sladkú chuť.
