Today we were expecting neighbors. He is the type who can't imagine a day without meat. His wife, on the other hand, loves everything green and fresh. So I thought - to make them both happy. And that's how pork cutlets with spinach and cheese were created. A dish that ultimately brought together flavors and people.

Instructions

1
Prepare the meat

Slice the pork into thinner cutlets. Season with salt, pepper, and a bit of mustard. (I like to pat the meat dry with a paper towel before seasoning - it splatters less in the pan.)

2
Cook the meat

Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat on both sides until golden brown. Then set it aside and you can add a piece of butter to the drippings - it will beautifully scent the kitchen.

3
Sauce

Add cream and spinach to the pan and let it soften. Once the spinach combines with the cream, add cheese and let it melt. (If the sauce seems thin, let it simmer for a while - it will thicken on its own.)

4
Finishing

Return the meat to the pan, mix with the sauce, and let it heat together.

5
Serving

Place a portion of meat with creamy spinach and cheese sauce, add rice and fries to a plate.

6
TIP

If you like a more pronounced flavor, add a bit of garlic or nutmeg. And if you have leftovers, the sauce is also great with pasta.
