Meat
Cut chicken breasts into smaller pieces, season with salt and pepper. Heat oil with butter in a pan and fry the meat on all sides until golden brown.
Sauce
Add paprika and mustard, mix well, pour in cream and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. If the sauce is thin, you can thicken it with a spoon of flour mixed in water. At the end, you can add a few drops of lemon juice for freshness.
French Fries
Peel and cut potatoes into fries, fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove onto a paper towel and season with salt.
Serving
Layer chicken meat with cream sauce on a plate and add crispy fries. Garnish with parsley or basil leaves.
TIP
If you want the sauce even smoother, stir in a piece of butter or a spoon of grated cheese at the end. It also tastes great with a small spoon of mustard, which enhances the cream flavor.
