Potato pancakes are a dish that never disappoints. This recipe is my favorite version - crispy potato pancakes with a lightly smoked flavor and a dollop of sour cream. They are seasoned with garlic and marjoram, and when served with smoked meat, they turn into a hearty Slovak meal that will satisfy and please (they also pair well with beer).
