Sometimes I just crave something crispy, crunchy, and cheesy. And that's exactly what these chicken breasts in a cheese coating with French fries are. It's a dish that everyone at home loves - kids, adults, and visitors. Golden meat, aromatic cheese, and homemade fries with dip - a combination that never disappoints.

Ingredients

Instructions

1
Chicken Meat

Slice the breasts, season with salt and pepper.

2
Coating

In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, add flour and cheese. The consistency should be thick to coat nicely on the meat.

3
Frying

Coat the meat in the coating and fry in heated oil until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).

4
French Fries

Cut potatoes into fries, dry them, toss with oil, and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes until crispy. (Or you can fry them traditionally in oil.)

5
Dip

Mix all ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes to blend the flavors.

6
Serving

Place fries on a plate, add crispy chicken pieces, and serve with dip.
