Let the meat sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before preparation.

Heat a pan to the maximum, add oil, and sear the steak on each side for 2-3 minutes (medium rare).

Add butter, garlic, and rosemary. Drizzle with the pan juices for another 1-2 minutes.

Transfer to a plate, cover with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Slice diagonally, season with coarse soy sauce, and serve with a side dish. Side dish: French fries, grilled vegetables, or fresh salad.
