I got this recipe from my mom - she called it 'upside-down schnitzel'. Everything is baked in one dish, no frying or sauce stress. The meat is tender, juicy, and the whole dish beautifully absorbs the flavors of onion, ketchup, and cheese. Simply Slovak classic that never disappoints.
