This recipe is among my favorites - not because it is complicated, but because tenderloin is always a sure bet. Just don't overcook it, give it a bit of butter and rosemary, and the result is fabulous. I always roast potatoes together with the meat in one pan, so the whole kitchen smells like a homemade dinner. My wife says that this prepared pork tastes 'like from a restaurant' - just with the difference that home company is better :)

1
Clean the meat from membranes, season with salt, pepper, and let it rest for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and sear the tenderloin on all sides. Then add butter, rosemary, and garlic, let it sauté briefly, and transfer to a baking dish.
2
Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces, mix with oil, paprika, garlic, soy sauce, and herbs. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3
Place the tenderloin and potatoes in an oven preheated to 190°C and bake for about 25-30 minutes. The meat should remain slightly pink inside.
4
Let the tenderloin rest for a few minutes after baking and slice. Serve with roasted potatoes and pan juices.
