Steak is the true king among meat dishes, beloved for its juiciness, intense flavor, and simple preparation. Quality beef steak, such as ribeye or tenderloin, stands out for its tender texture and rich meaty aroma. A properly prepared steak retains a juicy interior with a perfectly crispy crust that forms during rapid searing. This particular recipe is exceptional with the use of rosemary and butter, which impart the meat with a unique aroma and rich flavor. Serving it with golden-brown roasted potatoes and garlic creates a harmonious combination that is ideal for a festive lunch or dinner. The perfect steak is not just a meal - it is a gourmet experience that every lover of good cuisine will appreciate.

1

Wash the potatoes, cut them into wedges, and toss with olive oil, soy sauce, seasoning, and chopped garlic. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes until golden brown.

2

Meanwhile, take the steaks out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before preparation. Pat the steaks dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper on both sides.

3

In a hot pan with a little oil, sear the steaks on each side for 2-3 minutes, depending on desired doneness. In the last minute, add butter, rosemary, and baste the steaks with melted butter.

4

Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
