Preparation
Cut the pork meat and smoked meat into small pieces. Slice the sausage into rounds. In heated lard, sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown. Add sliced sausage and pork meat to the pot and sauté until the meat browns.
2
Add sliced smoked meat, season with salt and pepper. Add allspice, bay leaf, crushed garlic, ground sweet paprika, and caraway seeds. Sauté briefly to release the aromas of the spices. Add sour cabbage (without juice) to the pot and cover everything with water so that the ingredients are submerged.
3
Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for about 2 hours until the meat is tender and the flavors blend. If needed, season with soy sauce and spices. Good taste
