Chicken Stroganoff with Rice and French Fries

I fried thinly sliced bacon on a pan. Added finely chopped shallot and sautéed together.

Then I added mushrooms, seasoned them, and sautéed together. Set aside from the pan.

On the heated pan, I added thinly sliced chicken breasts and let the meat sear (it doesn't need much cooking time), as the meat will dry out.

I returned mushrooms with onions and bacon to the meat. Seasoned lightly, added spices, mustard, Worcestershire sauce to taste, and a bit of tomato puree.

Mixed everything together, added shredded (or thinly sliced) pickles, thickened with cream, softened with butter. For flavor, I used lime juice.
