2 tbsp Granulated sugar
150 ml Milk
moist
30 g Butter
softened
1 pcs Egg
yolk
Salt
pinch
60 g Butter
softened
5 tbsp Granulated sugar
3 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

Dough

Mix the ingredients and let it rise in the bakery.

Cinnamon filling

Mix the ingredients to create a thick paste.

Then roll out on an oiled work surface into the largest rectangle possible. Spread with the filling and roll tightly. Cut the resulting roll in half lengthwise, turn both halves with the cut side up, twist into a wreath, and connect the ends.

On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, let it rise under plastic wrap for about 30 minutes. Then place in a preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes at 180°C.
