This recipe will be useful to anyone who, like me, starts cleaning out the freezer, cellar, or maybe the fridge and discovers a handful of currants, a box of raspberries, a couple of plums, and in the fridge maybe a peach compote... It can be processed in an instant with any fruit.

Instructions
1
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, then add softened butter, eggs, and milk. Knead smooth dough first in a bowl and then on a work surface and immediately roll it out with a small rolling pin on a greased large baking sheet with low edges.
2
Densely arrange the fruit, optionally sprinkle with vanilla sugar according to taste, sprinkle with crumble, and bake for about 25 minutes at 170 degrees.
3
Crumble Topping
8 tbsp all-purpose flour, 8 tbsp powdered sugar, 60g butter (I used Hera, but you can also use butter), 1 tsp baking powder (optional, but with its use, the crumbs are crispier). Mix everything by hand until crumbly.
