1. Prepare a yeast starter from milk, flour, sugar, and yeast. Sift the flour, add a pinch of salt, yeast, other ingredients, and knead a smooth non-sticky dough. Dust with flour and let it rise in a warm place.

2. Fold the risen dough and divide it into three equal parts, each part into 8 - 10 pieces. Roll out into circles and fill.

3. Create dumplings. The jam must be thick to prevent leaking. Place the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush each with melted butter or egg... dough from 750 g of flour is for one baking sheet, place the dumplings close to each other but not completely - they will rise more.

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes... when done, brush with sugar water, cover with a clean cloth, and let rest.
