I chose a tested roll dough recipe without flour, I baked a sheet from half of the batch on a small baking sheet and then cut out the shapes.

We beat stiff egg whites with a pinch of salt, then gradually add yolks and finally mix in cocoa. Pour onto a small baking sheet lined with greased baking paper and bake for 12 minutes at 180 degrees. Let it cool, flip it over, remove the baking paper, and cut out the shapes according to the paper template.

Prepare the raspberry filling according to the instructions on the package. Prepare the cream filling by beating cream, stabilizer, and powdered sugar until stiff.

I spread the cut cakes with half raspberry and half white cream. I arranged decorative tongues around the edges and tied them with a ribbon to prevent them from falling off. Decorate with cream and strawberries.
