In a pot, make a roux with flour and sweet paprika. Add water, peas, and vegetable broth, and season to taste.

Prepare the dumpling dough - mix egg with semolina to get a semi-firm dough. Place dumplings into the soup using a spoon. About half a spoon or less, they will expand.
