On Saturday evening, I didn't want anything complicated. I opened the fridge, found a few potatoes, a piece of cheese, and cream. And that's how this recipe was born - fragrant baked potatoes with creamy cheese dressing. They were on the table in no time, and when I saw them being devoured, it was clear that I had just invented our new 'homemade fast food.' Just a bit healthier and tastier.

Instructions

1
Potatoes

Wash them, cut into wedges (no need to peel if they are young). In a bowl, mix with oil, paprika, garlic, soy sauce, seasoning, and oregano.

2
Baking

Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200°C for about 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.

3
Dressing

Mix sour cream with cheese, crushed garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Stir well and let it sit in the fridge for a while.

4
Serving

Serve hot potatoes with dressing - whether as a side dish or on their own during a movie night.

Tip

Ak chceš, aby boli zemiaky extra chrumkavé, nechaj ich pred pečením 10 minút odmočiť v studenej vode a poriadne osuši. Pre deti môžeš dresing pripraviť jemnejší – bez cesnaku a s taveným syrom.
