Season the meat with salt, pepper, basil, oregano, wild garlic, mix well and let it sit for at least 15 minutes to blend the flavors. Drizzle oil on a grill or grill pan, place meat patties on the heat. Make them slightly larger as they will shrink after cooking. Cook for 5 minutes on one side and about 3 minutes on the other side. Place a slice of cheese on top while hot and transfer to a plate. Let it sit for a while.

Cut the buns and toast them in a pan for about a minute before filling. Spread with dressing or mustard according to taste (I used onion garlic dressing), top with desired vegetables, in our case it was iceberg lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber, and place the prepared meat in between.

Bun procedure

sift flour into a bowl, make a well in the center, pour in warm (not hot) milk, crumble yeast, add a spoon of sugar, gently mix with a fork and let the yeast activate. Then add salt, water, one egg, oil and knead the dough. Let it rise for at least 1 hour. After rising, place the dough on a board, divide into 6 parts, shape each into a small loaf and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let it rise for another 20 minutes, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
