In my garden, I always look forward to early spring, but the greatest joy always comes in the fall... That's when I get rewarded exactly as much as I took care of it... But what I love the most is that from the fruits of my garden, I can create several tasty meals... We have various stews with potatoes prepared in different ways. Just add different greens, reds, or yellows, maybe a bit of bacon, meat, and a fine meal is ready... Like in this case... Stew made from young pumpkin, served with freshly dug potatoes, fried bacon, pieces of bôčik and bell pepper, onion, and tomatoes...
