Even the terrible price won't deter me from my goal, because I simply love zucchinis and my kids devour them in no time. For you, our today's lunch can serve as inspiration for the summer, when every garden will be overflowing with zucchinis.

Instructions

1

Salt the zucchini, mix and let it "sweat", then squeeze out the liquid, add grated cheese, flour, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix everything and spread on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper greased with fat. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Then flip onto another baking sheet with new parchment paper and carefully peel off the used parchment paper. Divide the dough into smaller rectangles (I cut into 6 rectangles), fill with any filling, roll up and bake for about 10 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

2

Mix the meat with grilling seasoning, sprinkle with cornstarch and mix well. Pour it into hot oil and brown well, then drizzle with soy sauce, mix, add onion and mushrooms, sauté for a while, then add a little water, sprinkle with dried garlic and let it all heat up together covered.

Filling

Place the meat filling on one side of the zucchini rectangle, sprinkle the finely grated cheese on the opposite side. Roll from the meat to the cheese, the cheese will act as a kind of "glue" and hold the roll together. I used an additional 100g of cheese.
