Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil until golden brown, add the diced meat. Season with salt, pepper, and add red paprika. Fry, add water, and let it simmer for about half an hour. Then add pre-boiled water to three-quarters of the pot.

Prepare a thickening mixture from cream, flour, and red paprika. While stirring constantly, pour it into the meat. Let it boil for 10-15 minutes and turn off the heat.

DUMPLINGS

In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, lukewarm water, and salt. Mix everything well.

In a large pot, bring water with salt to a boil, then drop the dumplings into it using a dumpling maker, stirring occasionally. Cook for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Finally, drain them, rinse with cold water, and they're ready.
