Wash the meat, dry it, and cut it into strips, thus making beef stroganoff meat. In a bowl, mix Worcestershire and soy sauce, Vegeta, mustard, ketchup, ground black pepper, and salt. Place the meat in the prepared marinade and mix thoroughly. It's great to leave it marinating overnight.

Fry the meat in hot oil from all sides. Then remove it and set it aside. In the pan, fry finely chopped onion and mushrooms. Add a little broth and bring the mixture to a boil.

Put the meat back in and cook it until done. Towards the end, add Dijon mustard and sour cream with cooking cream. Season the stroganoff with salt, spices, and chopped parsley.
