Instructions

1

Knead the ingredients for the bread and let it rise in the bread maker. Divide into 2 parts, let rest under plastic wrap for about 10 minutes, then shape the sandwich on parchment paper and let it rise for about 45 minutes (I let it rise in my Caro mix boxes, the bread turns out nice and round :-)).

2

Then brush with beaten egg and bake for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius and then another 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. The dough can also be shaped into buns, rolls, etc.

3

Prepare the spread. Cut the camembert into cubes, finely chop or slice the ham, dice the hard-boiled eggs, also dice the pickles, finely chop the onion, add the remaining ingredients, mix well and let it rest in the fridge, preferably overnight.
