Instructions

1

Season pork steaks with salt, ground black pepper, spread mustard, coat in smooth flour. In a pan, fry diced bacon in lard, then add chopped onion. After a while, add chopped garlic cloves and sauté briefly. Add the meat and sear briskly on each side. Stir in a small spoon of ground paprika, mixed colored pepper, a sprig of rosemary, a bit more mustard, pour in broth and simmer until tender.

2

Occasionally stir and add more broth as needed. Those who want a sauce without spices can blend it. I don't blend it. ????

3

Serve mashed potatoes as a side dish.
