Simply mix eggs, oil, mustard, salt, garlic, and cornstarch and thoroughly whisk together.

Clean and slice the meat into smaller schnitzels, lightly tenderize and place in the coating, mix well and let marinate for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator. Then fry on both sides until golden brown.
